Projects for public and private entities, professional teams, as well as professional training courses.
Before starting any course of treatment, I plan an introductory interview to better understand and to evaluate if it is possible and appropriate to start a course. This interview is useful as it allows the establishment of times, frequency and in particular, to determine the objectives of the course. It also helps to understand the reasons that motivate the person to undertake a course of treatment.
Individual course of treatment
This course represents a more direct targeted mode that allows you to find the principle benefits of: putting yourself back in the centre of your life, understanding and coping with one’s discomforts by actively experiencing awareness and improving the relationship with oneself to regain balance and well-being.
Group course of treatment
The group represents an important opportunity to favour a level of deep maturation, an invitation to explore the relationship with others. Group work allows us to understand our way of standing with others; that is, the roles they play, the expectations and the obstacles we encounter in relating to others in various contexts of life. The group dynamics also, lead us to face issues regarding fear of others’ reactions and their judgements. Ultimately, the work in group will be an immense resource in relating to others throughout our lives.
